Your subscription, purchase, access, or use of [J-Griff / Higher Yield] does not transfer ownership of any content, intellectual property, research, frameworks, methods, models, branding, or materials to you.

Limited Personal Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

10. Scrape, crawl, index, mine, extract, monitor, archive, download, or collect content using bots, browser extensions, scripts, automated tools, data extraction systems, or similar technologies.

Subscriber Access

Your subscription is for your individual use only unless otherwise authorized in writing.

You may not share your account, login credentials, private links, paid content access, downloadable materials, or subscriber-only resources with any other person, group, company, organization, community, or platform.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access without refund if we believe your account has been shared, misused, scraped, abused, or used to distribute, reproduce, or circumvent access restrictions.

Limited Permitted Sharing

You may share brief excerpts from available content for non-commercial purposes only, provided that you:

1. Use only a short excerpt;

2. Clearly credit [J-Griff / Higher Yield];

3. Link back to the original source where possible;

4. Do not alter the meaning, framing, or context of the excerpt;

5. Do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership; and

6. Do not share paid, private, subscriber-only, downloadable, or member-only content.

Permission Requests
